Master opportunity at the Lebanese University (Hadath- main campus) in collaboration with Gates-Group

Gates has the pleasure to open the application process for registration in the professional “Healthcare and Quality Management” Master program for the academic year 2014-2015. Applications are open starting April 2014 till June 1, 2014.

The Healthcare and Quality Management Master program is a novel program issued jointly by the Lebanese University and Gates- Group in 2011. This program provides graduates with a rich curriculum of 120 credits of materials related to healthcare management, quality management, accreditation, finance, information technology plus many others. The program duration is for 2 years and the courses are offered in a way suitable for the working force. The course schedule is set to be every Wednesday and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Healthcare and Quality Management Master is a Professional Master program that combines the most recent academic theories, schools of management, and practical experiences. The program professors are selected with the proper qualifications and teaching experiences in order to meet the current healthcare challenges and model the middle-managers, trainers and all healthcare providers to become a professional manager and healthcare leader in the future. 

This professional Master program is open to healthcare providers and professionals in the fields; as well as to postgraduate (BS and/or MS) students from all faculties of health sciences.

Place: The program is offered in the Lebanese University, main campus (Hadath) at the Annex building

Application Process: Interested applicants can apply for this Master program by filling the application form online at: http://www.gates-group.com/ and attach or submit the following to Gates:

·         A copy of the Baccalaureate second party

·         The University Grades’ Transcript

·         A copy of the university degree

·         The university degree equivalent issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Higher Education. (required only if the applicant is not a Lebanese university student)

·         The curriculum vitae

·         The letters of experience

·         A motivation Letter

·         A copy of the ID

·         A Passport Photo

·         The curriculum certificate issued by the university from which the student is graduated. (Required only if the applicant is not a student of the faculty of sciences in the Lebanese University)

The Deadline to submit the online application and other requirements is June 1, 2014.

Acceptance Process: Following the application review process, the potential applicants will undergo face-to-face interviews with the Scientific Committee (A joint committee between Gates and the Lebanese University) starting September 2014. Eventually students will be selected for the academic year 2014-2015 based on well identified student selection criteria.
